WLR-mould's Engineering Division offers complete Mould Design of close tolerance Plastic Injection Moulds and Die Casting Molds. Design projects are completed by a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated meeting customers' standards related to the following markets:

Facility:
Approximately 120 square meter of space is assigned to support the Engineering Mould Design. Included are 12 individual CAD work stations and a separate conference room.
Staff:
Tool concepts and mould designs are formulated by highly experienced drafts men and designers skilled in mould machining processes, mold making, and computer technology.
Quality:
Quality at WLR-Mould begins in the design stage of every job. Quality is integrated into the concept, detailing, and checking processes. Additional checks are completed by our Engineering and Tooling Staff to guarantee WLR-Mould's design standards meet our customer's requirements.
Equipment:
State of the art PC optimized workstation for CAD running Unigraphics NX Series Design Software with Parametric Solids and Feature Modeling. Capable of exporting and importing the following formats: Pro-E, SolidWorks, Parasolid (.X_T), IGES, STEP, DXF & DWG.
